Absolutely - you are so welcome here. Whether you’ve never stepped onto a yoga mat before or are returning after a long break, my classes are designed to be accessible and supportive for all levels. Through the use of props, gentle guidance, and different variations, I create a space where you can explore the practice at your own pace and listening to your own body - free from pressure or expectation. No prior experience with yoga or sound is needed - only your willingness to arrive as you are. 🤍

If you have injuries or medical conditions, I encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional before attending class. In general, I offer modifications and options to support different bodies and needs. However, group classes are not suitable for students who are currently pregnant, within six months postpartum, or experiencing severe injuries. Private sessions can be tailored more specifically and may be a more supportive option in these cases. Please feel free to reach out if you are unsure.

The Niyana Studio is fully equipped with mats and props. You are, of course, welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Please bring a reusable water bottle, which you can refill at the studio. Water and tea are available before and after class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. For Yin Yoga and Sound Baths, I recommend bringing extra layers, as the body temperature tends to drop during slower, restorative practices.

The studio doors open 15 minutes before class begins. I recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early so you have time to settle, unwind, and arrive fully before we begin. For safety and to protect the group container, the studio door closes at the exact start time of class. If you arrive after class has begun, entry will unfortunately not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Group Classes You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the class begins and receive a credit refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class are non-refundable. Private Sessions Private sessions may rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full.
