Yoga fundamentals If you’re taking your first steps on the path of yoga, diving into the fundamental elements of a yoga practice together in the setting of a 1:1 session can be a beautiful way to start off your journey. Wether your intention is to learn of to practice basic asanas safely or you’re curious about the other practices of yoga such as meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) or philosophy, I’m here to support you as you explore the world of yoga.
Deepen your practice You have already an established, strong practice and would like to deepen it? Maybe you’d like to work on specific asanas or you’re intending to deepen your understanding of the mind-body-breath connection that we foster in yoga? I’m looking forward to diving deeper into the world of yoga with you and be by your side as you expand your horizon on the path of yoga.
E-motion Emotions are energy in motion. The setting of a private session allows us to work specifically with what moves you - emotions, a specific phase of life or the longing to reconnect with yourself. With the integration of philosophy, movement, meditation, breath and sound together we can create an experience that meets and supports you exactly where you are.
Yoga Therapy In these 1:1 sessions, we gently explore practices tailored to your body, supporting mobility, strength, and release where it’s needed most. Drawing from my learnings in the field of yoga therapy, I offer guidance that is mindful, safe, and deeply personalized. Although these sessions are physical condition oriented, it’s important for me to note that I am not a doctor and therefore not a replacement for a professional medical treatment if needed. In a yoga therapy inspired private session we create a yoga (asana) practice together that is save, respects the boundaries of your body, and supports your body as it recreates balance in your body. What’s included: - A personal check-in to understand where you are, what you’d like to work on and what our targeted areas will be. - Safe, targeted yoga practices designed for your body - Gentle strengthening and stretching to balance disbalances in your body - Yoga therapy exercises that meet your needs ⚠️ I recommend that you consult your physician before beginning any practice.
Pre-natal yoga Are you expecting a baby and would like to connect with your body, your emotions and your baby on a deeper level? These gentle yet powerful yoga practices foster overall well-being for both mother and baby; be it by enhancing better sleep, alleviating pregnancy-related discomfort and boosting energy levels. In addition, using vocal toning and pelvic floor exercises can help you prepare your body for giving birth - both on a physical and mental level. This practice drafted for your own needs.
Post natal yoga Did you just experience a pregnancy and childbirth - no matter how the baby was born? In this gentle yet rebuilding practice we shift the focus on creating a space that is just yours - to heal, recover and reconnect. Focusing on meeting you where you are on a physical, mental and energetical level, we create a practice that supports you in this new chapter of your life and helps you rebuilding your strength. Besides a gentle yet strengthening asana practice and elements of mindfulness, breath exercises and potentially sound, we also work on exercises for your pelvic floor - giving it the attention and care it deserves after having carried your baby for so many months.
Special events Group yoga or sound sessions can be an amazing way to gather with friends and family to celebrate life’s special moments - creating deep, connecting memories together. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby shower, or any other special day, a private practice designed to suit your (group's )needs and preferences. Let's create an unforgettable experience tailored to your unique celebration! This offer is for a maximum of 15 people. If more people are expected, please feel free to reach out and we’ll discuss.
Sound Bath Private sound sessions offer a more intimate and personalized experience with sound - creating space for sound to unfold its effects on a deeper level Together, we create a sound journey shaped around your intention - whether you’re seeking rest, emotional balance, integration, or support through a life transition. Alongside a curated soundscape, selected instruments may be placed directly on the body, allowing their vibrations to be felt not only through hearing, but through the tissues and nervous system themselves. This form of sound massage enhances the experience, supporting deeper relaxation, regulation, and embodiment.

Pricing & Booking
Each private session is uniquely shaped around you - your intentions, needs, and the setting of the practice. Because of this, I don’t offer fixed packages or instant booking.
Instead, I invite you to reach out so we can connect, explore what feels supportive, and create a session that’s right for you.
Pricing depends on the length, location, and focus of the session, and begins at:
$100 CAD for a 60-minute private session at the Niyana Studio (1–2 people)
Sessions for additional participants, longer durations, in-home visits, or specialized support are priced accordingly.
